Added functionality to the nav bar elements, which previously never navigated to the sections accordingly, added id's to all the sections such that now the nav bar works.

Previously the navbar was not functioning due to the lack of id's. I added id's to the different sections with in the webpage such now when the user clicks a nav bar item. It actually takes them to that particular section in the webpage.
